Service & AMC

The half of the job that starts after the machine is paid for.

A wash bay earns every day it runs, which makes the service arrangement part of the machine rather than a policy you buy afterwards. We will not sell into a market where we have no answer for it.

Available now

Four things you can buy today.

Commissioning and training

Installation, water and power tie-in, programme set-up and operator training, by the people who assembled the machine.

Included with the machine

Spares

Brushes, nozzles, pumps and control parts held for the machines we have sold, with the drawings and settings behind them.

Held against your machine

Consumables

Shampoos, foams, waxes and drying agents matched to the machine and the water it runs on, on a standing order if you want one.

Repeat supply

Annual maintenance contract

Scheduled visits and a defined response time, so a bay that earns daily is not waiting in a first-come queue.

Defined response

Not yet

Two things people ask for that we are not selling yet.

Both are being worked on. Neither is something we will take your money for today, and a salesperson who offers you one has got ahead of the engineering.

In development

Predictive-maintenance plans

It needs the connected telemetry to exist first, and then enough run-time behind it to beat a good service schedule. Until then an AMC is the honest product.

Concept

Wash-as-a-service

Pay-per-wash or monthly, with KKE owning the machine. We are interested in it and we have not built the commercial model, so treat it as a direction rather than an offer.

Service request

Tell us the machine and the fault.

Model, roughly when it was installed, and what it is doing. If you are not sure of the model, a photograph of the panel is usually enough.
