Load-sensing brush carriage
Motor current tells the controller how hard each brush is pressing, and the carriage answers — so pressure stays even across a bonnet, a windscreen and a tailgate.
Consistent finish, less wear
Contour-following nozzles
The top beam profiles the vehicle as it comes and tracks the shape down the screen and over the roof instead of spraying a flat plane.
Touch-free that actually reaches
Programme control
A PLC with named wash programmes, selected by the operator or the bay controller, with the step showing on the display so the customer can see what they paid for.
Repeatable, and legible to the driver
Closed-loop water recycling
Multi-stage reclaim — separation, filtration, carbon, softening — recovering and reusing 80–90% of the wash water.
Lower bills, and effluent evidence
Multi-bay VFD pumping
One pump set on a variable-frequency drive serving a row of bays, ramping to the number of guns actually open rather than running a pump per bay.
Less installed motor, less idling
Metered chemistry dosing
Dosing pumps per product and per programme, so foam, wax and drying agent go on at a rate somebody chose rather than whatever the venturi drew.

The one that pays for itself
80–90% of your wash water, used again.
Recovery is the thread running through every range we sell, because every machine we make consumes water. It is also the only one of these technologies we argue for in rupees rather than adjectives: it shows up on the water bill, on the effluent report, and in the week the supply is rationed and you are still open.

These were on this page as capabilities. They are not capabilities, they are work in progress, and the difference matters when you are signing for a machine. When one of them is running on a customer's site it moves up the page.

Connected uptime reporting
Telemetry off the panel into a dashboard. The parts exist; what does not yet exist is a measured uptime figure across a connected fleet, so we do not quote one.

Predictive maintenance
Using that telemetry to flag a failing pump or a worn bearing before it stops the bay. Real once there is enough run-time data behind it to be better than a service schedule.

Per-vehicle billing and access control for fleet yards and subscription washes.

Before-and-after imaging
Photographing the vehicle in and out, so a damage claim can be answered with a picture rather than an argument.
